Have you ever found yourself searching for something and ending up with so many options to the point where you’re feeling confused and unsure? This happens a lot when you’re trying to find the right person or company to look after your vehicles. You’re hoping to find someone who is going to have the knowledge, backround, and hands- on experience, combined with the right tools and products to ensure you’re getting the results that you want, but also in a very safe and proper manner. How do you do that?
The most important focus to me is my relationship with my client. Building trust is literally the most important thing to me above any of the rest of the entire experience. I know that I can go in and bring the kinds of results that make people love to get into their cars and feel confident on the road. I know that my 18 years in the business and learned skill sets will usually be able to handle any working situation that I go into.. BUT how do you- as a customer, really know who’s coming to your house? You don’t . Sure, you can look up reviews and try to determine how good someones work is but it doesn’t mean you’ll be a proper FIT for each other.
How well are YOU at communicating your needs with your auto detailer? Are you giving them a broad idea of what you’re interested in, or are you being specific. We are called “detailers” because we are DETAILERS. Not “car washers” . With our trained eyes, we could spend 3 or 5 days “detailing” your car.
My first interaction will come with a series of questions so I can gauge what type of service you’re in need of. Going beyond that it’s important for me to know what kind of VALUE this is to you. If you’re just looking to get the best “deal” in town, I’m really not going to be a good fit for you. I like to consider my work “works of art” . Not to say that budget isn’t important. I can explain to you how to get the best out of me while staying within your limitations.
Diamond Fox Detail is here for YOU. When you are happy, we are we!! We are not too good or too cool to work on vehicles that are older or “less cool” than others. Sometimes the challenge of bringing back a vehicle that’s been neglected for too long is much more satisfying than touching up a vehicle that clients regularly keep in amazing condition. Going to people’s homes and doing work brings in a greater trust. You end up knowing your clients schedules and other private information.
